Precinct H26 will join the GCDP Issues/RISE Together Book Club for its March meeting. Current Covid guidelines will be followed. Guest speaker is author Donald Mackinnon who will discuss his book That Red-Headed Stepchild: At Large Voting and the Struggle for Equal Representation, about voting in High Point during the mid-1980s. Other precincts are welcome to join.
