This year, the date for ALL precinct organization meetings is Saturday, February 17. If you’re a precinct chair or organizer, please schedule your meetings and start getting the word out to your precinct members. Once your meeting is scheduled, please email the details to gcdpchair@guilforddems.org. We will begin to list scheduled meetings in next week’s eblast.
On February 17, GCDP Headquarters will be open for precinct organization meetings from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. We will also host virtual meetings by Zoom at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you want to reserve space at HQ, or on our Zoom meetings, please email gcdpchair@guilforddems.org. Reservations are required for both options.
Precinct packets will be emailed to precinct chairs and organizers this week. If you prefer a printed copy of the packet, please email gcdpchair@guilforddems.org and we will arrange a time when you can come by the office to pick it up.

If you want to learn more about precinct organization, we will be hosting orientation/training meetings Thursday, February 1 and Saturday, February 3.
The February 1 session will be a Zoom meeting lead by Pete Shaw from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. To get the link, email Pete at phshaw43@gmail.com.
There will be two in-person sessions, led by Mitzi Turner, February 3 at GCDP Headquarters. The first session is at 10 a.m., the second at 12:30 p.m. Registration is required, so if you want to attend either session, please email mitziturner@guilforddems.org. Precinct packets will be available to pick up for those who have asked for a printed copy. If you want a printed copy of your packet, please email gcdpchair@guilforddems.org so we will have it ready.
