Justice Earls is the only member of the NC Supreme Court running for election in 2026, and it is essential
that she retain her seat. Because of the current right-leaning Supreme Court and gerrymandered districting
maps, North Carolina lost three Democratic seats in the U.S. Congress in November 2024, shifting the
balance of power in Congress. We have the power to make change happen. Please join us for this
