***AFRICAN AMERICAN CAUCUS ELECTION RESULTS***
The African American Caucus of the Guilford County Democratic Party is pleased to announce the
results of its September 22, 2026, election, held at Guilford County Democratic Headquarters in
Greensboro.
The elected officers are as follows:
President – Mitzi Turner
Vice President – Charlene Armstrong
Secretary – Monica Walker
Assistant Secretary – Tomakio Gause
Treasurer – Nicole Goodman
High Point Vice Chair – Linda Stokes
Greensboro Vice Chair – Johnny Alston
The AAC-GCDP will meet on the third Thursday of each month. Meeting locations will be announced in
advance. Early voting starts on the next meeting date, we most likely will not meet on October 15, but
prior to.
The AAC-GCDP looks forward to working together to serve, engage, and advocate for the community.
