The Young Democrats of North Carolina (YDNC) have announced that the application is now open for the inaugural Kay Hagan Memorial Scholarship, named and awarded in honor of Senator Kay Hagan. Two $500 scholarships will be awarded to eligible applicants.

The application will be open until January 15, 2024. Recipients will be notified by February 1.
