Presenter: Candee Minchin. Candee has been a resident of High Point since 2014 and chair of H29B for
many years. She developed the program “Friends & Neighbors” as a simple, living room presentation
because people seem paralyzed by our government’s actions. The presentation encourages participants to
share their concerns, find their place, and find their voice.
