It’s almost time for precinct organization meetings! This year the official window is Saturday, February 5 – Saturday,
Precinct packets have been emailed out to precinct chairs and vice chairs, and volunteers who have stepped up to
organize unorganized precincts. If you are a precinct chair and have not received your packet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. In the meantime, you can go ahead and schedule your meeting. As soon as you schedule your meeting, please email the details to email@example.com so we can publicize it in the eblast and on the website.

We are encouraging virtual meetings again this year and will be hosting cluster precinct meetings via our Zoom account
on the three Saturdays on the schedule. If you would like our help in scheduling a Zoom meeting, or want to participate
in one of the cluster meetings, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Guilford County Democratic Party will host virtual cluster meetings using our Zoom account on the three Saturdays of
the window—February 5, 12 and 19, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
If you would like to participate in one of those cluster meetings, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please sure to include the date and time you want to schedule your meeting and indicate that the meeting is to be part of a cluster meeting. We can accommodate a limited number of precincts per session and last year the meetings filled up quickly.
A precinct orientation/training meeting will be held via Zoom Tuesday, February 1 at 7 p.m. for those who are interested
in organizing their precincts. If you would like to learn more about the orientation meeting, please email
The County Convention will be held via Zoom Saturday, March 19 at 10 a.m. (registration opening at 9 a.m.). In order to
send delegates to the County Convention, your precinct must be organized.
