PRECINCT MEETING REMINDER – REPORTS & MAKE-UP MEETINGS
Thank you to everyone who attended precinct organization meetings February 17!
To our Precinct Chairs, if you have not already submitted your precinct report to Guilford County Democratic Party Headquarters, please be sure to get it in to us this week. It can be emailed to gcdpchair@guilforddems.org or you can mail it to us (or drop it off) at 2300 W. Meadowview Road, Suite 110, Greensboro, NC 27407. Our current office hours are 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday – Thursday. If we are not here, the report can be slipped through the mail slot in our office door.
If your precinct is submitting resolutions to be considered at the County Convention, they must be emailed to us at gcdpchair@guilforddems.org in a Word document. They are due with your report, which is due within five days of the meeting.
If you scheduled a meeting For February 17, but were unable to make quorum, you can schedule a make-up meeting for March 2. If you are scheduling a make-up meeting, please send the information on time and location to gcdpchair@guilforddems.org as soon as the meeting is scheduled. If you would like to meet using the GCDP’s Zoom, it will be available at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you would like to schedule your meeting at HQ, we will be open 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
