***SERVICE TO OTHERS BOOK DRIVE— A BIG THANK YOU AND MORE
OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP***
Thanks to everyone who has donated books to our Service To Others (STO) Book Drive! The response
has been overwhelming and for now we are no longer collecting books. Dates, times and locations for
the summer reading giveaway will be announced soon.
On June 5, STO will host a community giving event at the Commander Peace Academy in High Point.
We will be giving away books, games, water bottles and food to young men ages 8-16. We are asking for
donations of ready-to-eat foods such as Pop Tarts, breakfast bars, beans and franks, Spaghetti Os, Tuna
Creations, Hormel Compleats, mac and cheese heat and serve cups, Chef Boyardee items, microwave soup
cups, breakfast cereal cups, pudding packs, and Capri Sun.
