THE POWER OF PRECINCTS
The power of the Democratic Party is at the precinct level. Only people with organized precincts may
vote for Party leaders, vote on Party policies and rules, and vote in a special election if a seat is vacated.
The official precinct organization window is in March, but it is never too early to get a jump start. If your
precinct is not organized, we can help you with that. If you don’t know if your precinct is organized, we
can tell you. If yours is organized, how about helping us organize one that is not? Again, we can help with
