Early Voting begins Thursday October 15 and it’s all hands on deck! We need poll greeters, poll
observers, drivers for rides to the polls and locations for slate card packet pick-up. If you can help during

You must be registered to vote in Guilford County. Training required. Shifts are four hours.
Poll Greeters: Hand out our slate of Democratic candidates and remind voters to VOTE THE WHOLE
BALLOT! You will have a five-minute training when picking up slates, including coverage of new
procedures. You will have 100 slates per shift. Please note you can pick up materials for only two shifts at
a time. Shifts are three hours.

Drivers For Rides to the Polls: Help voters throughout Guilford County get to the polls during Early
Voting and on Election Day. To sign up to drive, please email gcdpchair@guilforddems.org.
Slate Card Pick-Up Location:
We are looking for places to house slate card packets for people to come by and pick up before they go to
poll greet. Ideally, we need places protected from the weather, like a covered porch. If you can help,
