The official precinct organization window for 2026 is Sunday, February 15 – Saturday, February 28. To
be considered organized, and to send delegates to the County Convention, precincts must hold meetings
during that period. Precinct packets and more information will be coming soon. If you would like to
participate, please email your full name and voting address to gcdpchair@guilforddems.org .
If you are a precinct chair, please go ahead and schedule your meeting for a time between February
15 and February 28. As soon as you schedule your meeting, please email the details to
gcdpchair@guilforddems.org so we can publicize it in the eblast and on our website.
The Guilford County Democratic Party will host precinct meetings on Zoom at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on
Saturday, February 21 and Saturday, February 28. If you would like to schedule your meeting for one of
those times, please email gcdpchair@guilforddems.org as soon as possible. Be sure to include the date
and time you want to meet.
Additionally, GCDP HQ will be open for in-person precinct meetings 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday,
February 21 and Saturday, February 28. To reserve a spot, please email gcdpchair@guilforddems.org.
